BreezeCOM and Floware to Present Advantages of Fixed Wireless for New Operators at the WCA 2001: Broadband Now Convention

-BreezeCOM Slashes Deployment Time With Plug-and-Play Subscriber Unit

-Floware Will Feature ArcTel Case Study To Illustrate BWA Business Model

TelAviv, Or Yehuda, June 19., 2001. BreezeCOM Ltd. (NASDAQ: BRZE) and Floware Wireless Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: FLRE) today announced that members of senior management of both companies will be attending the Wireless Communications Association 2001 Convention to take place from June 24-27 in Boston's World Trade Center and will be presenting the advantages of Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) technologies for operators targeting a range of customers from SME (small-to-medium Enterprise) and MTU (multi-tenant unit) to SOHO (small-office-home-office) and residential markets.

As confirmed by independent research, BWA last mile solutions deliver profitability for new carriers more quickly than other solutions, including DSL. (Ovum: Broadband Access: New Business Models; September 2000). Not only does BWA result in profitable business within one-two years, it provides the marketing and service flexibility to ensure favorable competitive positioning over the long term.

At the WCA forum, BreezeCOM's President and CEO, Zvi Slonimski, and other members of senior management will unveil BreezeCOM's new Plug-and-Play residential CPE for the MMDS licensed frequency band, the SU-R. This unit, which integrates all components into one easy-to-install module, will eliminate the installation bottleneck plaguing new licensed band operators by enabling end-users to install BWA terminals independently. In addition, BreezeCOM will explain how alternative network operators worldwide -- including ISPs, mobile operators, utility companies and satellite networks leverage existing assets (licenses, locations, subscriber bases, and support teams) for new revenue-producing services based on Fixed Wireless technology.

Senior members of Floware's management team will present the success story of ArcTel, one of Germany's leading operators, for which Siemens ICN has deployed a WALKair BWA network. ArcTel's CEO will join Floware in discussing how they are using WALKair's cost-effective multi-service platform to achieve rapid network deployment, and how its services address the need of Germany's demanding SME market.
