BreezeCOM Announces Its Second Quarter Preliminary Results

TEL AVIV, Israel and CARLSBAD, Calif. -- BreezeCOM (NASDAQ:BRZE), BreezeCOM Announces Its Second Quarter Preliminary Results for the second quarter ending June 30th 2001.

The Company anticipates that revenues will be approximately $22.5 million, roughly 6% below the first quarter of 2001 revenues of $23.9M and approximately 8% below the second quarter of 2000 revenues of $24.5 The company will provide full quarterly information and additional guidance on July 26th in conjunction with its second quarter earnings release and conference call.
